Installed Programming
The efficacy of the VariClave^® is assured by applying the appropriate process parameters to treat the particular waste that is in each load. The operator selects the type of waste contained in each bin, Red Bag, Sharps or Canisters. The VariClave^® System weighs each bin and automatically calculates the appropriate parametric settings for that load to effect sterilization. These Automatically Variable Parametric Settings include multiple pre-vacuum cycles, calculated residence times, post vacuum timers and cool-down settings.
