OnSite can provide a Post Process Shredder designed for use
specifically with The VariClave®. This Duel Function System is capable of handling both
VariClave® processed
waste and confidential document destruction. OnSite and its partners will design a system to suit your site using
standard components. |

The Bin Lifter/Tipper is
caged for safety and designed to
lift and tip The VariClave® Bins and standard 96
gallon document containers into the shredding system. |

The Shredding System consists of an enclosed feed hopper and rotary grinder. The feed hopper is designed to
prevent debris from leaving the grinder and to accommodate the Lifter/Tipper. The rotor, inserts, screen and feed mechanisms have been
optimized for the destruction of both processed medical waste and confidential documents. |

The Take Away Conveyor(s) collect and transport the shredded material to the compactor or cart within
approximately 12 feet of the shredder. This sub-system can be designed to meet the specific requirements of
your site. |

The Control System provides single button operation of the complete cycle to lift, tip, shred, discharge the
material and shut down. Safety interlocks are included to permit safe operation. |
