A variety of material handling bins are available to customize the
VariClave® system to the workflow of the
facility. There are three standard bin styles to choose from, each is supported by the standard cart.
The standard cart is fabricated of strong lightweight aluminum and includes 4 quiet rolling, non-marking castor
wheels, two of which swivel for easy control. A foot brake is also provided so that the cart can be safely parked.
The standard bins are fabricated of welded 304 stainless steel and include a lightweight removable clamshell lid.
The cart and bin assembly has an 18 month warranty.
The Dumpable
The Dumpable bin is available in 2 sizes, 1.2 or 1.6 cubic yard capacity. These require a cart dumper or tipper to
empty. The smaller size is convenient for use throughout the facility for both collecting and processing waste.
The larger size maximizes production and is ideal for use in conjunction with an existing collection regime.
The Self-Dumping
The Self-Dumping bin has a 0.9 cubic yard capacity, and has a slanted front to allow tipping into a compactor
hopper from a dock without benefit of a separate mechanical apparatus.
The Flatbed
The Flatbed bin is only 10 inches deep and permits easy manual placement and removal of processed material.
This bin is designed for sterilization of documents and solid objects that are not necessarily ‘waste’.
“Custom” Collection
Processing assemblies can be designed to suit virtually any application.
